Return and Refund Policy

At Tristan Explores, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear refund/return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please ensure that:

  • The product is in new, unused condition and is in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • The original receipt or order confirmation must be presented at the time of return.

If you meet these conditions, you may return the item for an exchange or a refund via cash (since we only offer Cash on Delivery as the payment method). Please note that we do not offer any other forms of refunds or exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [insert contact information] within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Return Shipping: If applicable, return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed in cash when the returned item is received and inspected. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees. The refund will be provided in cash at the time of the product’s return.

Please note that the original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

4. Warranty

Our products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product and is clearly stated on the product page. If your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Items that are used, opened, or damaged.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund (if the product is defective). Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt, and we may require photos of the damage for processing.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping charges incurred for returns and exchanges are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

8. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate the return process, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order.
